I want to use CodeBlock on my college library, I downloaded CodeBlock for non-Admin, installed correctly on the desktop but I can't use is cuz the pc does not have a GNU GCC compiler installed.
Is there anyway how to ride about this inconvenience?
Is there any C, C++ compiler package for non admin user?

We don't support any compiler.
You'll get a better answer if you ask the mingw and mingw-w64 developers if there is something that could be installed without admin rights.

Generally the gcc compilers for windows don't care too much about an installation.
If you find a compiler which is some archive with file you should be able to deploy it on any computer.
