Debugger doesn't work as it should :(

Hello!
I have a problem with the debugger. It don't stop at the breakpoints, I can't see anything at the debugging watcher and it disappears. I set all the settings as I saw in the tutorial videos.
Can someone tell me what's the problem?

What operating system? What version of codeblocks?
Do you use the "Debug" target?
Enable full debugger logging: Settings->Debugger->enable full log
and post the content of the "debugger log" tab here in code tags (the # symbol in the post editor)
