linux on chromebooks download?

I just put on the lunix beta for chromebooks what download do I use if any.  is there anything i should be aware of before hand or watch out for?

You will either need to install or build wxWidgets; before installing or building Code::Blocks.

Under Linux, wxGTK name is often used instead of wxWidgets.
