Inconsistent wxSmith/wxWidgets code generation: missing exit code

I am following the wxSmith Hello World tutorial.  Sometimes, the exit code is missing.  Clicking on the Quit option does not close the auto-generated window.  When this happens, I just quit and delete the generated folder.  I then redo another wxSmith project, and the generated code may work without problem.  Why the auto-generated code is so inconsistent?  This is also happening with this wx/wxprec.h issue.  Whom should I approach to have more details on this?
