The icon of codeblocks keeps flashing when launching, I made a .gif (in the attachments) which used to show the phenomenon.
P.S. My codeblocks is codeblocks-20.03mingw-setup, and the OS is win10-64.

That is a visual artifact with no consequences, and was fixed two years ago. You can try a nightly build.
