Hello Miguel Gimenez.

I wish you and all others a happy new year.

Last year (2023) in September I reported an issue regarding the  Compiler detection that was overwriting the users' configuration of built-in compilers.

  • You have opened the I have just created ticket 1420:https://sourceforge.net/p/codeblocks/tickets/1420/
  • The issue was solved by you in November 2023
  • Even you have changed the status of the ticked to Fixed you wrote:
  • QuoteThank you for testing. I will wait some days for further feedback before closing the ticket.

I have tested every nightly since November 2023 until the today's one and I think that you really have solved the issue.
Thus I would agree if you would close the ticket now.

Once again, thanks for your effort.

Best regards,
                    Eckard.

Miguel Gimenez

Marking it as Fixed closes it (there is no Closed mark); I changed my mind after the post and closed it directly, as it could be reopened if needed.

Any chance to change the sourceforgenet download path as discussed here such that the package prerequisites can be read off the download path?
