Is there any plan to release a new full version after 20.3?

The 20.3 version has been released for more than three years. Currently, only the nightly build version is continuously updated.  Is there any plan to release a new full version?

hi, indeed I think this year we should make a new official release. Personally I would shoot just after the summer holidays.

I think that would be a good idea. Personally, I am fine with Nightly Builds (Windows) or self-built (linux), but I think it would help Code::Blocks promotion to make a new official release soon.

The great thing with a new release is also that there is a chance that the Linux distribution package maintainers would include it into their repositories. Not sure what their timelines are, but the next Ubuntu Release 24.04 happens to be a LTS relase (4 years maintenance) and it would be terriffic to have the newest version in the default repository.
