When I try to open binary file by hex editor, it crash

This is the binary file and the crash report.Is it a bug, or I use it by the wrong way? I use Code::Blocks 25.03 and Windows 11.(Sorry I change all file to txt because I can't upload "bin" and "rpt" file.)

I can not reproduce here, what were you doing before the crash?

20.03 opens the attached bin file without crashing.
