Yes.

Anyways you are using a really old version of C::B judging from the screeny. Get a nightly from here (Lots of bug fixes/new features).

Go to Settings -> Editor -> Code Completion -> Parser

Now check "Follow LOCAL includes", and check "Follow GLOBAL includes".
