As the first topic is locked, i must create a second just to respond:

I did not want to accuse anyone of anything. I'm working on several free software projects that intent to respect the laws as much as possible. So I'm working closely with an international lawyer, which on the other projects, pointed me what I explained before.

But in fact, you are right, due to the extent CB is taking, I'm sure you have a dedicated international lawyer. Sorry for forgetting that  :oops:

The icon has a different hue (16-22° versus 11-12°), a different overall luminance (ca. 75 versus ca. 90) and a different luminance distribution over the flat surface, too. The size ratio of button and symbol is different (0.58 versus 0.68).

To every normal thinking person, this is proof enough that the two pictures were created independently by independent people. It neither takes a lawyer nor a rocket scientist to see that.
