• Removed extra qualification in ASFormatter::isSequenceReached

Regressions/Confirmed/Annoying/Common bugs:

• toolbar-images-not-changing-state (is a wx problem/Win XP problem)
• there are several issues with Code Completion (is being redesigned : work in progress)

It seems that today is NOT the day of C::B 1.0rc3 release! :shock:
That gives me one more week....

I would love to see RC3, I think it would only help with expanding the C::B community.
