show only a wizard based templates

Code::Blocks doesn't use the file-based templates anymore.
That is why they aren't there
To open the temlates go to

[Path to C::B install]share/CodeBlocks/templates

well i read Wizard scripts article
it requires time. and Now i dont have a time 
So i use old Nightly Builds
