Keyboard Shortcuts... gone?

Hi people, i got codeblocks 8.02, but can't seem to change keyboars shortcuts at all. I am told to use a keyboard shortcuts plugin, but i can't find it anywhere, where can i get it?

it is in your installer, rerun installer and check it in the list of plug-ins.

by the way : check them all (or choose in the first step : the full installation).
