Built-in debugger

Hi,
I've updated my C::B last time when rc2 was released.
Since I work frequently on serial communications/bus monitors, it would be very
helpfull if I could debug/watch data streams as hex-values with the built-in debugger.
Is this actually possible?
Another point:
is there anything like the "TRACE" function in Visual Studio for C::B?
