Cannot find resources ... (Nightly build CB_20061103_rev3175_win32)

Hello,

when I try to start a recent nightly build I always get the Message 'Cannot find resources ... Code::Blocks was configured to be installed in ...'. How do I get CB to run?

Same problem with Nightly build CB_20061224_rev3421_win32. 

I have installed twice same thing.  Using Win XP Pro.

Third try is a charm, finally have it working.
