How to use debuger???

I'd like to use debuger in code::blocks but I don't now how...
I want to see my variables (in watches) during runnig of my program like it was in pascal
Can somebody help me?

I wouldn't be surprised if the wiki contains some examples. Don't ask me where, dunno ... good search ;-)
