Would it be possible to somehow... force the host to upgrade the svn server?

"Powered by Subversion version 1.2.1 (dev build)." - was released some one and a 3/4 half year ago,
not to mention that it prevents usage of new features like replay (I'd like to 'svk mirror' the repo).

Can you 'svk mirror' a 1.3 repository?

I can, but for a clean 1:1 mirror I need 1.4+ (where they implemented new functionality that makes it possible).
