HowTo construct Code::Block +wxWidgets-2.8.4,ps I am a beginer with poor english

I want to build some project can cross the platform,,,someone introduce the C::B +wxWidgets to me .
I have setup the Code::Block and wxWidgets-2.8.4(wxPack), but when I complie the HelloWorld project (without any modify), many fatel error appeared.

I want  :(goodheart men to tell  me  how to construct the CB+wx on XP platform correct,,
