Hi all,
i installed the Code Blocks under windows vista and i agd an error that a file is messing.

is that a common ??

Did you install a nightly?

Then you need
a) The nightly itself
b) The actual wx - dll
c) the  mingw - dll

all of them are postet in the nightly-announcement.

Yes, it's common. Only when you don't install the required files.

What's so difficult about that? Go to the nightlys forum and download them... as suggested.
