did you tried google? but it is strange, Code::Blocks doesn't use that dll
OS: winXP
Compiler: mingw
IDE: Code::Blocks SVN WX: 2.8.4 Wish list: faster code completion, easier debugging, refactoring

Download and install the following package.

C::B depends on mingm10.dll and mingwm10.dll depends upon MSVC runtimes. :)
