Application error

When I right click a folder in the given workspace, it gives me the following error -->

The instruction at "0x61a126ba" referenced memory at "0x00000184". The memory could not be "read".

How to resolve the above issue?

SVN revision? Nightly build? OS (the error is in Windows for sure, but 2k, XP, Vista, ...)? Backtrace? Does it happen with every workspace you've tried?
