strange error upon trying to save new linker search directory (UI Bug?)

I add the directory C:\msys\1.0\local\lib to the linker search directories within global compiler settings.

Upon hitting ok to close the prefs window, I get: "You can't change the number of parallel processes while building!  Setting ignored..."  The prefs window closes and the added search directory is not saved.
