How does one create an overloaded constructor

I am new to CodeBlocks, so forgive me for this newbie question.  I have searched the forum and didn't find any answer to this question, which is kind of surprising to me. 

I would like to create an overloaded constructor for a wxFrame derived class.  How do I do this ?
