Just Starting Out

I just got code::blocks and am trying to so some very simple alterations to the main.c file, like changing the words, but after I save and try to run it with the new stuff it still displays the original Hello World!. I've even made my own files and try to run them and I still only get Hello World!.  Anyone know how to fix this?

Exept saving your changes, did you allso compile them?

Yep. No matter what file I compile and run, it's the exact same message every time.
