Where can I get sources of the snippet editor (did'nt find it int the SVN repository).

you will find them here : svn://svn.berlios.de/codeblocks/trunk/src/plugins/contrib/codesnippets.

In the [plugins] directory of svn, you also have a [contrib] dir full of, well, contrib plugins ;-)
