Suggestion: caret settings

Hello!

I think that caret colour should be customized via Syntax highlighting settings, where text background colour is set. It shouldn't require me to go to another page to change caret colour after changing colour theme.

Yeah the caret not being linked to the current highlighting theme can be annoying.
