Using CB 8.02 on Ubuntu 8.04 32bit, when I enable Compiz effects (through System / Preferences Appearance / Visual Effects Tab) there are some problems with CB. The most noticeable issue is that the various debug windows show up with the title bar behind the main Gnome Panel at the top of the screen. So you can't move the around. I also think CB crashes with Compiz enabled, but I haven't been able to narrow that down to something specific.

Anyone else tried CB on Ubuntu with Compiz?

I've only recently switched to ubuntu and have CB running with compiz switched on. I haven't noticed any show stoppers yet (just a few minor graphical glitches). I'll let you know though.
