AVR Project Wizard

So now I'm beginning to get the grasp of the things, I have made some modifications to the project wizard and all went fine.
But where is the code to invoke the compiler and the linker? I would like to build a new wizard for building libraries, so I don't need the avr-g++ link run as it only produces errors, the work is finished with the generation of main.0.
