OpenBSD upstream patches

Hi,

to make Code::Blocks compile and install on OpenBSD -current the following patches are *needed*.

I've just replaced __FreeBSD__ with __OpenBSD__ two times for now and added the --ignore-theme-index option to gtk-update-icon-cache (as suggested during the install) because it wouldn't install otherwise.
