Startup very slow on Mac OS X

Hello,

I am using Code::Blocks 8.02 on Mac OS X 10.5.4 (the binary with -p2 ...)

It it quite stable (altough less than the Linux or Windows version) but it keep it a great and usable IDE...

The main issues I face with it are :

- slowness of startup (with another bug : Once the tip of the day showed up, I have to clic again on the Code::Block icon in the Dock to be able to click the Ok button of the Tip window and keep going)

- slowness of opening each dialog box window

- some openend dialog boxes are at wrong dimensions and I have to resize the everytime (for exemple Compiler settings windows)
