bug in "Insert - All class methods without implementation" from context menue

Hello,

I'm using c::b 5177 on SuSE 11.0 x86_64.

Using the "Insert - All class methods without implementation" on the context menue of the editor I stumbled over the fact, that it did insert the methods, but it changed all return types of the methods from const to not-const, that is for example const double do double.
