hi,
          I have tried the previous version of codeblocks in linux. But it did't work there. Also tried in windows but it was quite buggy then.
          Today i have installed the codeblock 8.02 in linux from source. It is quite sexy and have lot of features just like any professional quality IDE. I think one day it will become the best IDE for linux.
I had previously tried anjuta but it is quite complex to build from source. Guys build more plugins so that it can be used by every developer. I think a plugin for python project will increase user base for codeblocks.

So thanks codeblocks developers. keep it up.
