Can't execute Post-built command

I can't execute post-build command when I need to zip plugin resources.
I also try the simplest command like copy, but it still doesn't work!

It might be easier to help, if you provide a few more information:

Operating system ?
version of C::B ?
per project postbuild command or per target ?
always execute checked or not ?
Do you get any output ? , If yes, post it !
what commands did you test ?

If you want help, you make it a lot easier for anybody, if you provide as much (important) information as possible.
If we always have to ask for them, your post might be silently ignored, because the effort to answer is much bigger than needed.
