wxsmith bug? on amd double core

use wxsmith in designing and drag control or frame size ,wxsmith is very slowly.
cpu:amd double core 4600+(double core patch installed)
os:windows xp sp3 chinese simplified.

on only core cpu intel or amd is normal.
cpu:amd 2400+,intel P4
os:windows xp,windows 2K

This is probably not wxSmith. I do some hard tasks heavily using OS which may be the cause.
I'm working right now on Intel Quad and see no problems. In fact all wxSmith code is single-threaded so there should be no difference when using multicode machine.
