Can anybody tell me what is the shortcut key to auto formate the code in C::B?

As far as I know, there is no default shortcut.

But you can define one yourself via "Settings... -> Editor... -> Keyboard shortcuts", if the keybinder-plugin is installed.
If not install it, it's part of the contrib-plugins.
