possible bug

So I got the project I was working on the other day, to compile alright, and I opened a second blank project and put a single blank file in the project. I typed some comments, and started writing code. Each time I switch tasks to my inet browser, and back to the IDE, I get a message box that says "File D:\bla\bla\bla.cpp is modified outside the IDE... Do you want to reload it (you will lose any unsaved work)?" regardless of which project is active.

Hope this is helpful, or if I'm doing something stupid again, let me know.
