"save as" BUG!

I use build 5671 under ubuntu.
C::B always crashes when I try to use "save as" with these conditions:
1) project is open
2) Original file that I try to save is part of the project.
3) Original file is in "virtual folder" - i don't know if it matters

The bug should be fixed in trunk and cc-test branch.
