Why does no one seem to know how to configure C::B to point to the compiler and associated tools?

The first thing after installing C:BB I went to the settings and tried to set the configuration to point to my GNU cross-compiler toolset.  But there was no place to do so.

Next I come to the forum and find numerous posts of people asking how to point to their tools, but they get no replies.

Ah... I found it!  It's the toolchain executables tab.

It's not obvious that there are more tabs.  Maybe that's why people are asking how to set up the toolchain.
