How do I install Mingw 64-bit?

I was wondering how is installing Mingw 64-bit version done. I acquired the package from  http://mingw-w64.sourceforge.net/
Unfortunately I don't know how to install it correctly to work with Code::Blocks.

I'm using the 8.0.2 version and would be grateful for guidance in setting this up.
Step-by-step would be nice and some tips how to set the compiler to 32bit or 64bit.
