Where to find the "Help Plugin"

I am looking for the help plugin download. The help plugin is not included in my CB 8.02. Where can I download it from? Does it usually come with the CB 8.02 download?

It does come with 8.02, as a contrib plugin. You may want to run the installer again and be sure you select it.

 It's not in the Mandriva rpm
