Debugger under Gentoo

As i already informed in Help section http://forums.next.codeblocks.org/index.php?topic=3113.0, on Gentoo, there is problem with debugging.
There is possible resolution, but i don't know if behind the scenes You already change gdb debugger driver. Anything can be done with that? As now gdb don't work with relative paths (problem is when source file is in subdirectory).
