Exporting Compiler and Debugger Settings

Hi everyone, Is there any way to export the compiler and debugger settings? The reason I ask is because I just started in psp development and my computer has a program installed on it called deep freeze and it basically freezes the state on your hard drive so that when you restart your computer any changes you made on your machine are erased including the compiler and debugger settings. If there is no way in the gui could you tell me where the settings are stored like in the registry or a file. Thanks.

never mind I have decided to just stick with Makefiles and notepad for my projects
