I am new to use codeblock. So could I ask where to download the plugins? I try to download code completion and code formatter, but I can not find it. Thanks very much.

By the way, is there any tutorial about how to develop a plugin for codeblock? Thanks again,

They are bundled with the Code::Blocks installer. Try reinstalling Code::Blocks, and on the prompt where it asks which features you would like to install, expand the "plugins" node and check the ones you want to install.
