timing problem with DoxyBlocks popup settings

On Windows, and C::B SVN 6400 version, in the DoxyBlocks preferences there is a small timing problem when I try to read the popup window comment when the mouse is over a checkbox : if the text is rather long, I have not the time to read it completely. The popup window disappears too early, after 4 or 5 seconds. No problem with Linux where it disappears only when the mouse is moved. I don't know if it's a Code::Blocks problem or a Windows one.

Windows 11 64 bits (25H2), svn C::B (last version or almost!), wxWidgets 3.3.2, Msys2 Compilers 16.1.0, 64 bits (seh, posix : gcc, g++ and gfortran in C:\msys64\mingw64) or 32 bits (dwarf2, posix  in C:\msys64\mingw32).
