caret style

Hello,

I just started using CB as a GDB front-end for C projects. It works nicely except for one annoyance. The editor's vertical bar style caret is confusing because it appears between characters. Is there some way to change the style to a box or underline?

I just committed a patch that makes it possible to configure the the caret style (invisible, line, block) to trunk.

It will be in the next nightly.
