10.05 crash when I make a new project

Hello I am new to this project, and i have downloaded codeblocks-10.05mingw-setup.exe for my win7 64 noteook today,
installed and run, i want to make a hello world console app.

first, i see a warning about some of the plug ins are not loaded, anyway file->new->project, give it a name and next next next, then bang it crash.

I have tried both console, win32 gui, c and c++, all crash
any hints?

What does the warning say ?

one or more plugins were not loaded. this usually happens when a plugin is built for a different version of the code::block sdk. check the application log for more info

list of failed plugins
browsetracker.dll
cd_koders.dll
codesnippets.dll
copystings.dll
exporter.dll
and a few i can't read as it's covered by the windows task bar
where can I find the log?

i reinstall code block and uninstalled my other mingw installation, now it's ok. thanks
