Enhance the fortran lexer highlight support.

Thank Darius Markauskas (darmar.lt@gmail.com).
In his efforts, the Fortran lexer highlight have become very complete, which adds many intrinsic functions and subroutines highlight support for "lexer_fortran.xml".
I suggest we can accept his svn patch.
