How to install Valgind plugin?

Sorry if this is documented but I've not been able to find it. 

I would like to install this plugin in Ubuntu 10.10. Valgrind is already installed in my machine and works ok. But I would like to invoke it from CB. I've been looking for the plugin but i didn't find it and also didn't find documentation. The only thing I found was this long post:

First message says that plugin is attached, but it has been deleted by the admin!
