Cant do anything with code blocks please help

So I've downloaded code blocks and every time I write a code and try to build it I get an error saying the following:

It has to be a problem with the permission settings or something... I know for a fact its not my code or anything and yes I have the compiler installed, anyways please help me and thanks ahead of time.
