Feature request: right click on project name to create new file

Hello,

I would like to ask if it would be possible to have a new feature. When I right click with the mouse on the project name, I can perform several actions, but not create a new file (and add it). I can just add already existing files. If I want to create a new file and add it to the project, I have first to use Ctrl-N or use the the New file option in the File menu and then add it to the project.

May be has this feature already be added in the CVS C:B version?
